Cancellation Policy: At Savile, we understand that being a parent is not always an easy task. Organizing a child’s birthday party can also be very complicated! This is why our refund policy is flexible. For all reservations, you always have up to 48h before your event for a cancellation with a 20% of deposit penalty. If your payment was done with a credit card, please allow 3 to 6 days for your refund directly on your card.
